I experienced several issues that dampened my visit. the room I was given was not quite clean, with visible dirt on surfaces that should have been spotless. Additionally, the staff were somewhat inflexible when I requested a late checkout due to my baby's feeding schedule, which added unnecessary stress to my departure. Lastly, the overpriced room service was ridiculous. I couldn't believe a simple noodle dish would cost more than HKD200.

My recent stay was surprisingly delightful! The spacious executive suite provided comfort for longer stays, complemented by a picturesque harbour view. The staff was efficient at check-in, and the breakfast buffet showcased an impressive array of options. Proximity to the MTR made commuting a breeze.

had a fantastic stay at hyatt regency! the location is a big win, super close to CUHK and an MTR station to take you to mongkok east and hong kong island. the gym was well-equipped, and my king room was massive with amazing views of the bay. i loved the outdoor heated pool for a refreshing break.

I had an amazing stay in my King Room with a Harbor View! The stunning views of the harbor were breathtaking, especially during sunset. Plus, the spacious room and great amenities made it feel like a little slice of paradise!

The Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin offers a lovely combination of contemporary decor and breathtaking views of the bay and mountains. Its spacious common areas and easy elevator access made it very comfortable for someone like me.

Improved dining options for senior guests would be welcome.

Had an amazing time in the king room harbor view. The room was spacious, with air conditioning, a big TV, and a nice seating area. The bathroom had a solid shower and free toiletries. Loved the outdoor swimming pool, also enjoyed the spa facilities like massage and sauna. MTR access was super easy, just steps away.

Great location near hospital!

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. I remember the staff assisting me with a phone charger on my first stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing city break.

We stayed in a spacious suite that was perfect for our family! The kids loved the outdoor playground at Camp Hyatt, and the staff were really accommodating. Plus, the gym facilities were a great bonus for my wife and me, allowing us to unwind after busy days.

The kitchenette setup could use a major overhaul!!! Missing essential cutlery means wasting time on requesting basic items. Additionally, the aging decor makes the whole place feel a bit tired and less inviting!!!

Comfortable stay but a bit pricey

Spent 6 nights here and really liked my king room! The bathroom was stunning, and that comfy bed made it hard to get up each day. The breakfast buffet had so many good options. But man, that food and drinks at the bar were kinda steep! Also, it can be annoying getting the elevator key to work right.

Cleaning staff can be persistent about room service timings, which may interrupt plans if you're in a rush. Pool temperatures felt a bit chilly during an unusually cold period, though it warmed up later in the trip. Some conveniences like room service availability may be affected during busier times, such as wedding events—which can be a nuisance after long days out. Minor details like instant coffee and limited shower product squeezability can feel a little short of five-star standards.
